Today I took my daughter and her friend to the very hyped up celebrity prom store, I've never experienced such a disgraceful place, my daughter was supposed to be having her first prom experience, I wanted her to feel special, not only was she barged into by an assistant with no apology that was rushing round to please some snobby cow she still didn't even acknowledge my daughter, just like the other store assistants, I had no max budget amount I wanted her to just have a perfect dress! Half the \designer\ dresses we saw had pulls, gems missing, cotton hanging so looked quite tatty. After my daughter being very upset and left disheartened I decided to Google local bridal shops and found this very pleasant welcoming boutique, we entered and as soon as I explained our experienced the lovely lady really couldn't do more to make my daughter feel happier , she really bent over backwards trying to make her feel special, I really can't thank her enough, such a lovely place, can't recommend them enough so thank you, you made one upset disheartened girl cheer up loads and made her feel like the princess every girl deserves to feel for prom xxx

A lovely bridal shop purchased my daughters prom dress however after it had pearls and diamontaties added it no longer fitted ...the seamstress did not seem interested as she was going on holiday ....ended rushing out to debenhams and purchasing another dress ....upon taking off sewn on pearls etc it was found seamstress had pulled up lining in doing her rushed work (we gave her 4 weeks prior to prom) and once lining was \free\ from stitching the dress once again fitted !!! Grrr too late now as pearls etc off dress and new one purchased and worn to prom!
