Have to look for sales assistants. Selection of garments, underwear is poor. Regular sizes are impossible to get. They don’t even have a toilette for customers. very poor standard even in comparison with Galleries Lafayette in Nice. For a store like Galleries Lafayette it should be embarrassing.

Bad experience with customer service. Lift out of service. Heavely Pregnant women with a todler in the pram. I asked what can I do.. Guy simply replies if you are strong enough to carry the todler 3 flight of stairs.. otherwise he can't do anything for me and shrug his shoulders
