Good experience, they have a lot of rules, you can’t go outside after coming in you would have to pay again. I was very bored the entire time, but the nachos are life changing, they were the best nachos I’ve ever eaten. I would have chosen to stay at my hotel. Make sure you pick the seat you want, you won’t be able to change seats. After your first two drinks you HAVE to buy food, even though you don’t want it YOU will be charged.

They asked if you a citizen; if you are not, you have to pay more for the cover. Too many rules, if you go outside, you can’t go back in, in case you needed you to have to pay again. After they sit you at the table, you can’t change. You have to buy food for every two drinks. Music too loud. We saw a post on Facebook about a drag show, and I guess the drag didn’t show up. My advice, If you Are on vacation, Please Don’t waste Your night/time. It's understandable the whole situation about covid, But please make the guests comfortable, not scaring them with so many rules.
The waiter Carlos was amazing!!! He made the experience at Club 11:11 worthwhile. I highly recommend having Carlos as your server at this location. Excellent service.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! SCAMMERS THAT TAKE YOUR MONEY! They say is one price then charge you another! The bar inside really sucks. Don’t make the same mistake we did. WILL NEVER COME BACK! WENT TO MANGOS AND IT WAS AMAZING.
Carlos was an excellent waiter. He was patient and thorough. Great customer service throughout my stay.
