We've had a really nice quality time as a family at Camping Canos de Meca. The pool is fabulous very big and there is also a little pool for the babies and toddlers. Nice terrace and restaurant. All the facilities were spotless, very clean and well mentained. I found the barbecue aria very useful and well equipped. The only two faults I may think of are: 1.There's a long walk to the nearest beach. 2. On Saturday night it was packed, very crowded and I realised then that actually the spaces allocated for parking at least were quite small. Not so easy to get around. I'm not sure how people manage with motorhome, it was difficult to get in even with the simple van. Otherwise a nice place, in a very good location with easy acces to the main road and I would say 5 min drive to the nearest beach, 15 good minutes walk . Not too bad, but still.

The BEST camping around. ️ electricity at each site, clean pool, grocery store, ping pong, fridge rental, wifi, hot showers, very clean bathrooms, well maintained grounds, security cameras, bbq grills, close to the beach and restaurants.
Poor location, great staff, fantastic amenities but so very noisy from 11am until 11pm. Not traffic noise but people, music, radios, talking, kids running wild etc. If you are a touring cyclist in need of a place to stay and wash clothes okay but otherwise forget it. Edit. Now the weekend is over it is actually quite tranquil, avoid high season n weekends then .
Place is pretty good for children. Pool is great and it has a supermarket for whatever you need. Staying in the deluxe bungalow which is not bad. Kitchenette has all the crockery you need and the fridge is a great size. Rooms are a good size and it has A/C. TV is too small for my liking though .

Great facilities... Pine covered camping area always cleaned and swept, BBQ area, pool, always clean wc and showers, security person at entrance and activities for kids during peak seasons. Pureed tomatoe was not fresh at Breakfast bar. Best choice is to eat out
Oscar is amazing. He works at the reception and was so friendly and helpful. The accomadations were similar to a KOA in the US. We are definately not KOA campers and instead usually camp in nature where the is no electricity or wifi, but found these amenities very convenient while traveling abroad. Though, Los Canos de Meca is frequented by visitors from Spain only (as opposed to typical tourist) all the surrounding businesses really hike up prices on food and beverages, beaware. Wifi was stable our entire visit, facilities were super clean (bathrooms are cleaned multiple times throughout the day, which I really appreciated), hot showers 24/7, clean pool and play area for kids, ping pong, bbqs, refrigerators (this was very suprising), car wash, supermarket, arguably the best camp spot in the area and best price. We did have one little problem specific to our stay, but Oscar took care of it. We were originally looking at Camaleon but they were very disorganized and more expensive. If you are in Los Canos de Meca to camp, this is your spot.
