We would highly recommend this site. We had very little contact with any staff so I cannot comment, however the groundstaff were always busy and there are many hedges to be cut. We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2019. The site is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautifully looked after and we were visited by birds and a tiny pygmy shrew who picked up leftover crumbs. We loved getting the bus at the gate into San Sebastian it is a superb service.

Fabulous location. Good accommodation if a little tight for 5(chalet thingy/glamping). Nice little restaurant and bar....wish they had a separate smoking area though so you could enjoy the food. Check in and out a little slow at the moment...the C word.
No complaints. Quiet at night. Very hot shower in the morning. Everything in good condition. Friendly atmosphere.
Well positioned for visiting San Sebastian. Bus stop across the road takes you to town centre every half an hour.
Don't pick up the phone with foreign numbers, called 11 times. Spanish number was picked up immediately. Rude unfriendly reception. Showers are not hot enough. Hygiene measures for covid were in order. Bar is fine. They have a shop for necessities which is nice. 5 euros for washing machines and 3 for dryer is a bit expensive.
A nice camping on a great location. You can take the bus every half hour to San Sebastian or you can enjoy the beautiful nature around you on top of the hill. There is also a swimming pool, restaurant, grocery shop and playground at the camping.
We had a problem with our car. So we had to leave the campsite a bit earlier than 8am because of a fixed appointment at the mechanical garage. The staff didn’t let us out before. We really have explained how important this appointment were, but they didn’t even care and just ignored us! They aren’t service orientated at all!
Staff in both reception and restaurant were thoroughly unfriendly. Several times we (and others) were told that something wasn't possible/available but if you stand your ground it miraculously becomes available. Good location for San Sebastian but the system of not being able to make a reservation (which is true for all campsites in the area) means that tourists are left frantically driving round all the sites in the area and then facing a scrum in reception like the one in Igueldo. Campervan area here (where we spent one night before they deigned to let us into the main site) is hideous - see photo. Once on the site, that facilities are adequate.
