Excellent service. Aled is knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained everything that he was doing at each stage and gave me lots of background information to ensure my understanding. My car was supposedly remapped before I bought it - so said the dealer. It developed a problem and I suspected a faulty injector. I asked Aled whether it could also be a bad remap. He came out the next morning and carried out a diagnostic check, which all but confirmed the faulty injector diagnosis, but more importantly confirmed that there was no remap on the car at all! His advice, help and diagnosis was well worth his very reasonable fee. I will definitely go back to him for a remap when I get these injectors sorted!
Great communications from first contact. Aled is friendly and engaging, nothing is too much trouble for him, he answered all my questions and I am a novice at remapping so he had quite a task! The day of the remap, Aled arrived promptly at the time agreed and, after brief introductions, was at work on my car (Audi Q5). He kept me informed every step of the way explaining things in a language I could understand and took me on a test run following the completion of the remap. All in all, a very, VERY pleasant experience for someone like me who knows little about cars. Aled is a consummate professional who is very easy to get along with. He shows professionalism and care of his work and your vehicle and along with very reasonable prices for an excellent home service, there's no need to look elsewhere. Highly recommended!
Aled has remaped 2 cars for me now. The first was a 2ltr diesel Laguna which he did for me in July 14 and gave me an extra 30bhp and 5mpg. I drive that car for 2 years without any issues. In fact I'd still be driving it now had a lady on th M11 been paying more attention to the road than her phone a few weeks ago. Without hesitation I picked up the phone and got Aled back round to remap the 2ltr diesel Insignia I bought to replace the Laguna and once again he has delivered an extra 40bhp and put a smile on my face. All indications are mpg has increased by a similar level to the Laguna which on the miles i do each week, saves me around 10 per week and will pretty much pay for the remap in about 6 months
bad i phoned them i gave them my Registration he said he will check when he got back to the office he didnt ring me back so i rang the next morning left an message on his phone but he still did not ring me back bad customer service
