My wife rang today to ask for 6ft gate post to be cut from 12cm x 12cm to a thinner 12cm x 11cm. Even though very busy, they were happy to fit her in at very short notice. Very helpful guys and they even 'walked' post from car park and delivered back to her car. Very honourable guys. Thank you very much.
What an easy experience purchasing from Cottenham Saw Mills has been. Spoke to Paul who was most helpful and understanding with what was required. The advise I recevied was spot on. My order was delivered exactly when they said they would and was even carried through to where I wanted it. The quality of the wood is fantastic and trust me it is not like the cheap stuff from B&Q. All fence panels etc are fabricated and treated on site. Saying that, the price is very reasonable anyway so definitely no complaints. Have used before and will use again!
