Whilst I don't take sugar in drinks my husband does and he says there us absolutely no difference in taste. We bake a lot and have used this in a variety of recipes and again there is no difference in taste, if anything there appears to have been an improvement in the final products. Not sure if it has had anything to do with the Zusto. Shame it's so expensive but if it has the health benefits it states it's worth it. Great company to deal with.
