On of the highest standard restaurants in Moscow. I love it so much.

Fancy, expensive Russian restaurant located in a renovated beautiful building. The decor is fabulous, and the service is outstanding. The menu is offering great Russian classics with interesting seasonal dishes. When in Moscow, especially for foreigners, it is a nice place to visit and try local delicacies.

Breakfast is a mix of Russian & western but leaving to the former, forget the coffee though. The business lunch is good value when you see the main menu prices. The food is generally good, but old school. One word of warning, be very careful that they have taken the right order as they will try to charge you for their mistakes and leave the charge on your bill for the extra dish, even if it's not been eaten.

Great service and delicious classics, sharp but mindful and knowledgeable staff. A stopover at Pushkin's is on the must-to-do list when coming to Moscow. Same rule applies for locals IMHO.

Café Pushkin is one of Moscow's most famous and luxurious restaurants. In an environment reminiscent of an aristocratic home from the 19th century, an exclusive Russian and French cuisine is served. The restaurant consists of three floors, the tables on the ground floor are the cheapest (but since this is a luxury restaurant, there are no low prices) while the top floor is the most expensive. The restaurant section on the ground floor is open 24 hours a day! I ordered veal croquettes \Pojarski\ (fried veal buns) with fried potatoes and mushroom sauce. To this a glass of red wine, Dourthe Grands Terroirs Bordeaux Supérieur 2012 and a bottle of mineral water. The veal tasted good and went perfectly with the wine. There was really nothing wrong with the service and even though it was almost full, the waiters had full control. There was also room for dessert and I ordered a pistachio cake with ice cream and strawberries from the restaurant's menu. A waiter came to my table with my dessert. The waiter then poured over Grand Marnier to then flambé my pistachio cake covered in ice cream. This is one of the tastiest and most amazing desserts I have ever tasted! Visit the toilet down in the basement whether you need it or not. The toilet is so incredibly beautiful.

Slightly overrated in my opinion. Delicious food and good service, but nothing really *that* special. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I didn't get the point why everyone is so obsessed with it. There are other fancy restaurants out there that deserve Pushkin's reputation more (imo). However, if you are curious, it is definitely worth your time. Just for the reference, a lunch for two is around 100-150
