Had our cats at Arnwen for Christmas and hadn't used this cattery before.. The owners were friendly and looked after our cats. The reason for two stars is due to the cattery being very cold (just over 10 degrees) with no hiding place/scratch post or toys for the cats. The pen was bare with only a thin sleeping mat, a water bowl and a litter tray. Compared to our usual cattery, Arnwen was a no frills option and quite expensive.

Nice setting for lulus first cattery boarding experience and she was none the wear when I collected her 3 days later..... apart from snubbing me for 24hrs!!
