In the US this buisness would be off post next to the "Pay day loan". Save yourself money and hassle, go to the Vodafone store in Breuningerland. Vodafone store speaks english, super helpful, and has cheaper plans. They also let you out of your contract if you show them orders. TKS is literally overcharging you for the same Vodafone plan.

Hands down the worst service I've ever used.
Don’t get this service just because it’s located at the exchange. They are advertising a false price. You will end up paying over 100 every month after hidden fees and additional charges. Go to “O2” phone company located in the Mercaden mall @ wolfgang-brumme-allee 27, 71034, Böblingen it’s 5 minutes from base. 60 a month for unlimited everything inside all of Europe!
They're no negative reviews on this store which is probably due to fear of repercussions. TKS was by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with, you provide a service to those in the military and yet charge an arm and a leg. There is a bunch of hidden fees and it's just all around a garbage service. If you consider using them look for any alternative. Telekom, prepaid vodafone even aldi or lidil talk.
