Delicious meal. Rostbraten was cooked perfectly medium rare - would ask for the pork to be cooked that way as well next time as it was cooked pretty hard but the flavor was good. Get dessert!

First time customer. Def not the last time I will eat here! I ordered my food online, they called me within 2 minutes to get particulars of my meal and tell me when it'll be ready. When I went to leave, I typed platzhirsch into my maps and the first one said stuttgart...I ended up going downtown. 35 minutes out of the way. I called them to apologize and promise I'm on my way. When I finally made it there, they brought me my food and told me they remade it all from scratch. Apologized even though it was my mistake. And thanked me for still coming to their establishment and not cancelling or ordering from the place downtown. They told me they checked my order, and saw where I live and how much I drove, and said it was the least they could do. I was beyond impressed. I literally called my wife and apologized that the food would be cold and asked her to preheat the oven. The food was absolutely AMAZING! Got multiple orders of schnitzel and spaetzle. The food was very fair priced. But the customer service and the politeness of the staff is unmatched in my 3 years in Germany. 5 minute drive from patch, 2 minutes or less from panzer! Can't beat it. Thank you Platzhirsch for what you did for my family and I to enjoy a great, German dinner. Especially during these hard times, I know it's not ideal to remake food like that. Thank you so much.
