Never nice to have to go to the hospital but Burnley General always took care of me and family's needs whenever we have had to go in before Appointments are generally kept to, plenty of parking on site, well laid out hospital. Shame that the A&E department no longer exists though and you have to go all the way to Blackburn for certain things

As a regular patient at urgent care Burnley I find the nursing team and doctors security officers extremely helpful and understanding they all have extremely hard challenging jobs but always put their patients first weather it's a physical or mental health problem they make an amazing team they have warm hearts. They have excellent communication with the patients. But at the end of the day they are human and dont deserve verbal or physical abuse. Thank you team xx
