I am sad to leave a bad review. Your uniform material used to be great but the new "shark skin" material is subpar. My uniform pants wear out on the upper leg after 4 month. I still have pants from 2014 which look better then those shark skin material pants being 4 month old. I really wish you would have not gone to a cheap Chinese fabric.
I just recently visited the store in Burlingame and I could not have been more impressed. Not only was the store easy to find, there is ample street parking, and it is clean and welcoming. The customer service was impeccable, the staff there was very professional, and were patient answering my endless questions about styles and fitting.
I've been shopping here for 19 years. This place has true 5 star service. The customer service is truly unmatched.
Staff is friendly but every time I call to get a status on my order, they say it’s getting stripes sewed on in the shop and will be out the next day. It has been 3 weeks of having stripes sewed on now. Overall quality of uniform is weak. Pants are rough and tear apart after about 10 months and the tie has begun fraying at 1 month. 800 for a company required uniform and the quality does not reflect the price.
I decided to visit the store last Monday and was greeted by a very friendly staff. I was impressed by the new Fit Center as I used to visit the former location in San Mateo. I bought a few items and was pleased by the quick turn around time for alterations. The efficiency of their customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend this company to my colleagues!
I would like to say I have noticed a difference in M & H recently. When I have called in, someone would answer the phone and answer questions that I have or if they are not able to answer me, they would transfer me to someone who could. I have been working closely with Jennifer P and she makes sure my order is correct and that it is sent out in a timely manner. Jennifer keeps in contact with me in making sure the items that I ordered fit properly. Thank you Jennifer for working with me the past few months!
Our company selected M&H for our uniform provider a couple years ago. I can’t say enough nice things about the customer service they provide. All the calls I have made have been promptly answered and helpful. I had visited their fitting room several times as well to try different sizes and fabric options. On every occasion, they have taken the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I leave with a well fitting uniform (they have hemmed pants while I waited). They have also helped with tailoring more challenging pieces such as my blazer. I definitely want to express my thanks to Jennifer P and Jesse for their help!!
