Place is very lovely and a delight for tofu lovers. Came here for lunch first and they had a couple different options and had pictures on the menu which was nice cafe atmosphere. But come here for dinner and it's bit more fancy, nicer tablecloths/place settings, need to order a drink etc. Owners are fans of soul music and have multiple record covers displayed. Dinner also had non meat options but the vegan and vegetarian options are clearly listed in English so that is nice. They don't have an English menu at diner though so I literally just picked something random that was listed as vegan. Owners are very friendly though and knowing a bit of Japanese will go far to have a conversation. They also give me extra little things which was kind. The star of this place is really aptly the tofu it's just so good. I had a curry lentil dish with different types of tofu in it and and the soft tofu topping the dish was just so unbelievably creamy. Had firmer tofu me inside in a more crumbly feta texture with a dash of peppercorns mixed in, so good. And they have these roasted peanuts on top of the salads, the crunch is terrific. Only thing takes a little time because they put everything together for you specifically, but the extra 10 minutes is worth it. Plus, they give you dishes as they are done making it. Will be back, I really wish I had found this place earlier.

I savoured a pair of huge avocado/soy/tomato sandwiches for lunch once here, alone, with miso soup, pickles, and tea! Firm tasty tofu made by the chef's family in Tochigi prefecture using Japanese soy beans. Takeaways include tofu bagels. Cosy, peaceful, sweet staff, vegan and vegetarian (dairy cheese), healthy, fast service. Plants outside, cute flowers and funk music decorations inside, few tables. Kids & cane OK, not wheelchairs (2 steps - narrow door). Sanitary precautions: open door, alcohol for hands at the entrance, staff wearing masks.

We came here for lunch and got the set lunch plate. You get a piece of tofu, then a bowl of soup, then the plate then a cup of tea The soup was a very flavourful onion soup and the plate came with a lot of food. Everything tasted very fresh and healthy. The service was a bit slow but the staff were very nice so it felt like a slow, relaxing meal. I would highly recommend if you're looking for something filling but not too heavy.

Great little tofu restaurant! Super cute interior and the staff were pleasant and spoke a little English (there is no English menu). You have the option (at lunchtime anyway) of a tofu sandwich (I had mine with avocado - delicious!) or tofu with rice, or a vegetable only version. They bring you complimentary extras like soft tofu in veggie soup, very nice. A lovely, healthy mid day dining experience.
