Had the pleasure of being checked in by lovely Pepe! Who was very welcoming and and informative. Bungalows nice and clean with basic amenities. The accommodation assistants are very friendly and good at their job. Had food a few nights in the bar/restaurant which was very nice! I would recommend eating in at least once. Bar staff are lovely especially Manuel and another man who I can't remember his name, he also wears glasses who makes great cocktails and coffee's. Pool is lovely and clean, little cold but you warm up after a few minutes. Taxis are cheap and quick way to get around. Thank you for a great holiday and your hospitality.

We recently spent 5 days at Parque Bali. Overall, the experience was extremely good. There's always something that I don't like about the hotels we go to, either the bathroom looks unclean, bed sheets have unpleasant odors, towels are very old. This was nothing like that, I can't find anything to complain about Parque Bali. The bungalows are extremely spacious and they are very clean. They are not cleaned daily though but I don't see that as an issue. There's everything you need in the kitchen, they provide from dishes to wine opener. The fridge is spacious and they have a coffee machine. There's even a freezer. Bed sheets smell really clean and the bed is very comfortable. The nice table outside provides a nice way to have breakfast in the sunny mornings. We did not use their restaurant at all though, we had breakfast on the terrace and the rest of the meals outside. The pool is very clean, but we only used it once. I would suggest a car though as it offers a nice way to explore the surroundings. There's also a Mercadona really close which has good quality products. I've been reading the receptionists are not friendly, this is indeed true, however they were super helpful with every request. I do better appreciate people being genuine rather than fake. One other good thing is they provide a place to store the luggage and access to a shower after you checked out. Very helpful if your plane is late in the afternoon. All in all, a great experience and I don't say this often, but I would happily return to Parque Bali!

Food was good & cocktails were great! However, there's no entertainment minus a man playing a guitar on a Saturday night, we had plasters covering two holes in our door, and kids screaming outside and around the complex till about 1am every night. Staff are friendly enough, a couple of grumpy ones but nothing major. Shop is open 24 hours which is very handy! Get up early to reserve your sunbed but not too early or the pool staff will throw them elsewhere. Would go again but definitely needs some kind of entertainment during the day/on an evening.

Nice enough, but they nickle and dime you for internet, for aircon, for the tv remote, for a kettle. A bit like Ryanair in that regard. Pool is nice and the food is good. Attached shop is convenient. Furniture is a bit meh, but its expected for the price, which is good.

Love this place. Still here. Would definitely come back Being able to have air-conditioning at 3 per night is well worth it. Food good and reasonably priced. On site shop quite small but also reasonably priced and is open 24 hours. Only downside is there is no entertainment or animation team

Bungalows are nice but not well equipped if you are planning to self cater. Useful shop on site with most things you would want. It's a bit of a walk to anywhere but the reception staff are very happy to order a taxi for short trips and there are nearby bus stops for longer ones. Lovely pool but no attendant and people do put towels on sun loungers early (about 9) and then don't use them until after lunch so we struggled a little a few times to get some in the afternoon which was annoying when you see 10 people in the pool and every bed taken\u200d️
