Probably the best BMW dealer in whole VIC. I was being extremely picky as it was my 1st BMW but Shelby made everything so easy and smooth. He also manage to find the best deal for me! Zack also was very friendly and he is very attention to detail. Furthermore, Lilly makes the best coffee so the waiting time during paper work was never to boring. Highly recommend to new BMW owner! Dropped my beloved car off for some repairs. Staff were friendly and courteous. Despite me not even buying a new car. Their hand sanitiser was free, but very bitter, so try not to rub your mouth after sanitising your hands.

Very poor communication and customer service, charged me 4 times the price for the work needed to my BMW 3 series. Their service standards are getting low and lower every time I visit. Today they just made me wait 2 hour to do the assessment and get the recommendations. My car still needs works done, will be finding new mechanic
