I believe this Leica boutique has moved to its own location now (it was previously in this shared spot), but I have to comment on my experience here back in November... I'd just gotten my first Leica a few weeks prior at the Leica store in Vienna and was eager to visit every Leica boutique that crossed my path on my recent mini Euro-trip. While some of the others may be better stocked and bigger in size, this location was probably my favourite insofar as the hospitality I encountered here. They didn't have the lens I was after (SEM 21), however I was greeted by the owner, who made me feel like we were great old friends. We had some great conversation about Leica and travel and he even offered me a coffee while I just sat and relaxed, even though he knew I wouldn't be buying anything. He even offered to clean up the camera, though there was nothing to clean as it was so new at that point. Talk about fantastic service! I eagerly await my summer 2020 visit to Budapest so that I can visit the new location! See you soon, my friend!

This store has friendly, English-speaking owner and staff and offers very fast and excellent service. Truly a gem and an exemplary Leica boutique. I am on vacation in Budapest; unfortunately my M10 sensor had gathered enough dust to start to bother me. I was delighted to find this Leica boutique nearby. I walked in, thinking at the very least I could buy a sensor cleaning kit here. But the friendly staff totally went above and beyond expectations. They offered me a free, quick, thorough sensor cleaning, even wiped down the camera and lens before presented it back to me. On top of that, I left the store with gifts: a Leica pin and a cleaning cloth. It's a wonderful experience visiting this store, which also has on display some amazing photographic work. I highly recommend this place!

The “Official Leica Stores” in the rest of the world should cone here to understand what client service is. The staff here is so nice, they do speak english and spanish, you come in and they ask you to please seat and offer you a coffee or water and when they take care of you they understand very well what they are doing, they even clean my camera without me asking, Thanks so much for your time and effort!!!
