Ok Hungarian standard meals. Quiet, popular with families, service is friendly. We paid Eur 24 for 2 persons (tip included) for a generous lunch.

If you are looking for a nice place, with delicious Hungarian food, excellent service staff, and a friendly neighbourhood atmosphere - THIS IS IT! From the moment we walked in we felt like this was going to be good. The Restaurant is nicely divided up, so it's easy to have conversation at the tables. The washrooms were very clean and updated. The bilingual staff was very accommodating, even altering the menu to make my Wife exactly what she'd like. I found the prices very reasonable, compared to downtown. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Regular hungarian cuisine . Not bad if you are coming to this Area of Budapest near Ikea. Not gurme but fair. So if you are just hungry go for it.;-)

Good traditional Hungarian food competently cooked. Our pork knuckle was tasty with generous trimmings of good taste (the potatoes were somewhat soggy), but the skin was disappointingly leathery - definitely NOT a traditional roast \crackling\. The cottage cheese \túró gombóc\ dumplings were a local, huge and very fluffy version, of enjoyable taste. One of these desserts is enough for two people.

Traditional Hungarian restaurant food and service. Kind people large portions and tasty food. Moderate price. Also lot of frost foods like potato and some meat. Polite, but not naturally polite staff, but they are professionals. For me, it is a little bit of old fashioned, but this is not a condemnation. Oh and they have a good selection of pálinka so if you are a tourist, this is a place where you can try traditional Hungarian cousin without fear of any rip-off.
