I’ve used Browns of Burwell for many years now under their managed service whereby they monitor my usage and trigger deliveries so that I don’t have to place orders, and over this time I’ve never had a problem. On the odd occasion I’ve had to contact them to discuss a matter (eg to discuss amending my monthly direct debit) I’ve found them to be both courteous and helpful. Browns of Burwell need to fit some mirrors on their lorrys...leaving badly churned up verge/lawn outside my house with no oppology is very poor of the blind driver.
I have used browns since I have had oil heating, they are always polite, courteous, and helpful. The drivers are always cheerful, and nothing is too much trouble if I havnt made a clear run for the hose. I always have and will recommend browns. Keep up the good work. Also, forgot to mention my delivery man today was willie, who along with all the other drivers was cheery, (especially in these hard times )
I’ve used Browns of Burwell for a while now and they’ve always provided a fantastic service. When I ran completely out of oil they were able to deliver me some super quick. The drivers and staff are always really friendly and accommodating and their prices are very competitive. Willie was the driver on my last delivery and he did a great job. Would totally recommend Browns of Burwell. Thank you for a great service.
