I contacted this company to carry out a piano removal. They made plenty of promises but never called back when they said they would. Completely wasted 3 weeks whilst waiting around for them. In the current climate I am very surprised and disappointed how little they appear to value customer service. I would not recommend them. I've contacted another company and received a removal date on the same day.

Absolutely recommend it! All employees were really nice, helpful and friendly. I took hours to choose my piano, they weren't impatient at all. And I got a beautiful instrument I already love, with great payment options as well.

Very helpful/knowledgeable staff and very welcoming despite us test driving pianos for two hours! Really good range of brands and models to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. Travelled from Sheffield and will certainly be coming back.
