Excellent customer service. I placed an order via Amazon but received the incorrect item. When trying to request the return on Amazon I noticed a phone number, nice for a change. I called to see if the option i was expecting to receive was still available. I spoke to Iain who was incredibly helpful. He was able to find the item I was wanting and agreed to get it mailed to me immediately. He is also providing tools to make the project easier for me. If you order from RVinyl I recommend you call them directly and ask for Iain!

So happy with my dash kit! Installation took about an hour and went way better with use of a heat gun for FINAL touches once the product is lightly pressed into position. It is very scratch resistant from what I've tested and easy to wipe off. A fantastic way to refresh a 20 year old car. User friendly and a great resourceful company. Thank you!!

Great customer service! Rvinyl is primarily an e-commerce business, i.e. they do not have an actual storefront. Nonetheless, when I realized they were located here in Brooklyn, I decided to check them out in person. I went to Brooklyn Army Terminal, a historic site which includes a number of warehouses, now used in part by small, specialized manufacturing businesses. The General Manager, Ian, was very welcoming. He provided me several vinyl samples per my request, and he also showed me a portion of his operation (me being a geek for all things even remotely related to automotive parts and customization, that little walk-around was pretty exciting). Thanks!

The product I bought for my vehicle came with the correct pieces, however 2/3 of the pieces didn’t match up with my car. When I emailed them and sent pictures, they had the audacity to ask if I had altered the climate control/stereo console on my car as my car has 1 knob volume control and what they sent I the kit had 2 cut outs. Climate control area, the main section of piano black I wanted to cover was narrow and short. All shown with pictures.......Obviously the pattern they use is incorrect. But they tell me it is what is called for from Ford. Wrong!!! I should take it all off, ball it up and send it back for a store credit. Would have been better off buying a sheet of vinyl and cutting it out myself.
