If I can give them zero stars I would. I left a deposit for a vehicle of 7000. I decided to go a different way and not get the vehicle. Its going to be two weeks and they claim they gave me a refund for my deposit. Its like pulling teeth trying to get answers or results. MICHAEL the manager claims he did it and I should wait a few days. When a few days pass I should wait a few more days. Ongoing cycle that leads nowhere. He said he can't put a refund again because than ill get a refund for 14,000 instead, and than they'll have to call me to return the money. I now have to start a dispute to get my money back through my credit card company. Careful when doing business with them Update. Over two weeks of waiting for a refund I finally received it. According to another manager who put it through. He claimed the first manager never did. The day he tried the systems were down. Which is a little tough to believe. Manager claimed he put it through, and I spoke with him on multiple occasion, and was told wait a little longer. I was asked to remove this \horrible\ review since they processed my refund the second time. Took a bad review and call to corporate to get issue resolved.

Been leasing and financing for 22 years. Love their cars. I only deal with miguel diaz hes honest and can get you good deal package. Hes there from MondayTues, thurs fri Sat, insist in seeing him. Timothy the credit manager the one deals with credit app. I preordered all black Ford fusion se 2019. All accessories. Good deals! See him today till 6pm
One satisfied longtime customer here. As usual service a great and timely, and prices are reasonable, but if you opt for the service plan on a lease it's one more thing you don't have to worry about at checkout! It's all very well worth!
For the very first time I stepped in the Ford dealership for a service that was not even related to them, the customer service was outstanding. I had the opportunity to meet nice people there, Joey, Gabriel and so on. Keep up the good work guys. You, guys were amazing. Very sneaky and unethical business practices. Used my credit card as part of the application and was charged a 100 with an explanation that this was part of the process and that the amount would be refunded in 3 days. I have called 3 times and it’s about two weeks later and my money has not been refunded. I was told I need to come back to the branch to have my money refunded. I am in the process of purchasing my vehicle elsewhere and putting in a complaint with the BBB. I have taken this up with my Bank. My sales person was nice but I find the practice in question unethical if not fraudulent Update - My funds have been refunded and the owner has responded professionally - Appreciated
