I found Excellent Poly while in search of a solution to testing a bagger for a customer. I was connected with Josh and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Requested a quote via their website, they never sent anything over. Called and left a message, they never returned the call. Call and held 10 minutes, finally spoke with Joshua who said he would send a quote over within 2 hours. Checked my email 4 days later and nothing received. I guess when he said \good luck\ at the end of the call vs let me know if you have any additional questions regarding the quote I should have known that he wasn't going to follow through.
