This is a few years ago mind you, and the blokes may have changed. But I went in there asking for replacement for bulbs purchased from them with a 2 year guarantee, but had failed after 18 months. The man said his shop only would cover for the 1st 12 months, so I need to contact the manufacturer. When asked for the manufacturer's contact details, he refused saying they are not allowed to give them out, and that I have to find out myself from the internet. I wanted to argue, but there was a long queue behind me, so I just left.

The light fitting was insufficiently wrapped to provide adequate protection during transit. Extremely poor customer service. The light fitting arrived with a broken bulb (tube) and although I contacted QVS the same day by email, attaching a photo of the broken bulb, 4 weeks later I have received no reply! I phoned a couple of weeks ago and I was told that QVS has received my email but still no response. On 31 July I complained in writing to the CEO of the company about the poor service I had received. I received a reply from the CEO within a week apologising, a phone messaage from the General Manager and received a whole replacement unit. Sorted at last!
