What a joke of a company....waited outside for the driver....a minute later on the page it say..\we couldn't access your property \..??? What the f...? I am at home second day in a row to wait for my parcel and the driver couldn't even bother to actually come to my address....there is no gates or anything like that...with signs everywhere with street name and numbers....it is unreliable company and drivers not even give a s... about our parcels .....rang customer service few times...and no one can help....outrageous...never ever gonna use their services....they are a joke....

i would give 0 star. better to find out from retailer, don't buy from the retailer who use yodel. they will waste your time and bring you nightmare.
Firstly, they use private contractors to deliver your parcel. Secondly, the parcels are handled quite rough. If you expect an on time delivery, don't. Third, their customer service is also... not good. I was scolded for living on base, then told to utilize another parcel collection service 15 miles away even though I do not own a vehicle when I arrived to pick up my package in person, which incidentally, I haf to pay for a cab to get to their \local\ distribution center that was well over an hour drive.
So after yesterday saying that we refused the parcel when you hadn't been anywhere near our house but tried to deliver it to another house on the estate who obviously would refuse it as it clearly had our address on it and we only lived five houses away. You then proceeded to deliver it the next day completely smashed to pieces........ That tops the time you delivered me some flowers telling my daughter you had put them in the porch when no you had hidden them in the flowerbed...... A joke of a company with no customer service.....
The sooner this discrase of a company goes out of business the better. The Google reviews speak for themselves. I was due to have a package delivered yesterday. The tracking info said it was delivered to a neighbour as there was no response from my house. Were in the middle of lockdown so I was in and waiting. Driver didn't even try. I went to the neighbours who didn't receive any delivery. Later that day when taking out the rubbish I found the package at the bottom of my wheely bin. It was smashes to pieces. Yodel didn't give a dam and they never will. Phone waiting times are a joke too. Pre covid i was waiting on hold for almost 3 hours. During lockdown that went up to 6 hours. Please do not send anything through this poor excuse of a company they will just mess you about and cost you a lot of money. If you are buying something and the only delivery option is yodel then shop somewhere else. Its not worth the risk.
