Have bought two new houses before and these were the worst sales staff I've experienced. Instead of being made to feel welcome and special as the others did. We were treated as if we were the lucky ones to be allowed to buy one of their homes. Sales staff definitley need some better customer service skills.
Our experience was one of total positivity. We didn't set out to buy a new house but so glad we did. Sales staff were lovely and the plot and build quality is excellent
