Reached out a few weeks ago as I was desperately trying to find a service for passport photos and due to lockdowns it has been impossible to find an open studio. I had to apply for a Greek passport and the requirements are very strict so I was very hesitant to take pictures myself and send them over to the studio to edit them. Malcolm has been extremely good in communicating and arranging the fastest way to send them over to me, and the photos were accepted by the consulate. Great customer service overall!

I went to Jefferson Studios to have Corporate Headshot photos taken. Malcolm was really accommodating from the moment I sent my first enquiry e-mail. Every step of the process from booking the shoot to downloading the finished photographs was really easy, and the photographs are of excellent quality. For such a high quality service and photos at such a great price, I wouldn't hesitate to use Jefferson Studios again in the future.

Highly recommended! I got in touch with Jefferson Studios today because the passport photos I took with Timpson got rejected by the Chinese Embasy. The photographer fitted me in within the hour, very knowledgeable and professional, took his time to make sure the measurements were correct and put my minds at ease.
