I was looking at a rental place with my Fiancé and went through the process of viewing it within lockdown. Nicola was exceptional at keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process, I highly recommend this agency for it's professionalism throughout the multiple lockdowns.

Avoid at all costs. Took months to sell our property, eventually sold for 45,000 under their valuation after we'd done our own photos and floorplans (no floorplans were done initially). At the start of November we informed Farringtons that we wanted to complete our sale at the start of December or it would have to wait until the start of January. They obviously didn't pass this on to our buyers and today we were told very bluntly by Farringtons that we either had to complete before Christmas or our buyers would be pulling out. We had virtually no communication from them until we threatened to lodge a formal complaint with the ombudsman. Terrible service from start to finish.

They cancelled the viewing I had booked for a property (the morning of the viewing and without reason) and then let someone else view the property the next day while I had to wait two more days. They then accepted the other lady’s offer because she had been able to get her mortgage in principle a day before I had! And waited three days to inform me that they had decided to accept her offer, without giving me a chance to provide a counter offer. Very unprofessional and highly untrustworthy. Will not be using again.
