Bubble tea is something which I try rarely. However this place is quite welcoming with a very colorful hoarding on a vibrant street. The options are pretty good too. We tried the vanilla and milk option with chewy bubble. Was really good. There are quite a few options for substituting the bubbles and comes with an additional price. It's a nice place to drop in for a change from the usual machine made tea at the kiosks. Recommended!

Ordered from here the first time, was great. Ordered for a second time today, the exact same thing as the first and it was completely wrong. 0 poping bubbles and paid extra for supreme which was the extra same size as the large. Dont waste 4.
I have just became a regular costumer at this branch in Bristol. Lovely drinks, go there every weekend. But this weekend this lady who served me was so rude, she had no Costumer service skills. She didn’t say hello when I entered the shop which I found round and just asked me what do you want. This was the first time I had seen her.when I was ordering she kept interrupting me. As I am a shy person I felt quite anxious and it made me not want to order a new drink and just said one quickly so I could get out of there.
First ever time at the store and having a bubble tea, Akvile was so helpful and welcoming, a real credit to Bubbleology, my daughter loves her one great choice. Thank you Akvile will visit again soon.
Strawberries and cream - the presence of strawberry was quite weak but I enjoyed the drink immensely nonetheless. Inside this bubble tea is a combination of chewy tapioca pearls and strawberry popping ones too! Insanely creamy while not being too sugary (I left it at default), a perfect refreshment to remind me it’s summertime. Honeydew melon milk tea - in contrast to my other tea, the notes of honeydew were in every sip. Definitely sweeter so I think next time I’d adjust the sugar level. I believe Bubbleology is reasonable in prices as large was a substantial size for 4.30. Service is good enough and the seating is fun (couches, hanging chairs etc.) They also like to keep the menu updated with seasonal offerings.
