Great service, to be honest I had been apprehensive with the idea of purchasing a car before driving it but was assured by Danny and the team that the car drove well, true to their word the car is fantastic, more than happy with the purchase, everything that was discussed at the initial viewing in terms of carrying out cosmetic changes, had been done so and the workmanship of excellent quality. I would absolutely recommend and so nice to meet genuine people especially in times like this, thank you all.

A fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Polite, friendly but professional. Give you a complete test drive, and go above and beyond to help you through the selection and buying process. They did an MOT after purchase and replaced advisory items free of charge on my Astra... The license plate light bulb failed a few days after the MOT but I took it back to Brown's autos and they got it replaced on the spot. Highly recommend these guys!
I bought a car from Brown's Autos last year, the buying experience was lovely, they wers happy to answer all my questions and respectful throughout the process. To no fault of their own there were some initial issues with the car (squeaky brakes and a cigarette burn from the previous owner) and even within all the Covid chaos these issues were sorted quickly with no extra stress to me (which is ideal). It's easy to say these guys are great when you have a simple transaction but their quick actions to fix issues really showed their genuine, honest approach to their work. Nice work guys! Will be recommending you to anyone that asks!
I cannot praise Danny and his team enough. I bought a lovely car from them at a very reasonable price and they helped me secure a buyer for my convertible (out of season) and during this current pandemic. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I was always able to contact them. I would recommend this garage to anyone and I will be a repeat customer when the time comes. Should anyone be thinking......... no - I am not related to the proprietor, and no am not being paid to write this! If you receive excellent service from someone, others need to be told about it..
