I originally gave it a one star, then I was cajoled into changing it to a higher rating by one of their staff, who called me at home (on a private number they have no right keeping) because for some reason they thought their poor pay, poor working conditions and inept office workers such as Charlie and Bonsu, the senior manager that sees old people as free bags of money, made for a pleasant working experience. Do not risk your welfare working for this company, and if you are thinking of using them for a relative, I assure you such a choice will lower your loved ones life expectancy. I left after reporting them to CQC and Brighton council, such were my concerns over the atrocious quality of the carers they provide. They then lied to my next employer and said I left without notice despite the fact I had handed it in multiple times. In the end I had to block their emails because they kept sending me rotas.

@Tania Nealgrove (below), just don't pay their invoices honey, all these private companies are either money or career driven so they'll soon perk up and respond if you're behind on payments. Hope your sister is OK however.
One of the best companies I have ever worked for. I joined as a trainee and worked up to a Management Position. There has always been a strong focus on career progression and I have been nurtured to reach my potential and beyond. A dynamic company that cares for its employees and clients and really invests in what it believes in. They always want to look for ways to deliver the best care to both its staff and its clients and will think outside of the box to achieve the impossible. I am proud to say I work for Better Healthcare!
