Ok at first then swapped me to a different adviser who said she wasn’t getting my emails and when I phoned never called back. Talked to me as though I was a mentally deficient kid who didn’t know her way around a computer.

C. A. B. Bridgwater are blooming GREAT! While trying (3 times) to get D. L. A. Or P. I. P. As it is now called is riddled with inequality, after applying then applied again & appealed Lost ! I went to C. A. B. & not only got mobility top rate I got help with my daily needs as well, have had this for over 10 years & has lifetime award pip popped up & upped my care but over halved my mobility, no car no blue badge nothing. So now I am back to square one & will be asking C. A. B. For there help again. They are so busy & work hard, me ? I love them, thank you cab for getting me where I need to go.

Had the worst, hopeless and disappointing experience ever! When I first called them, the person over the phone sounded very professional and understanding and she asked me to drop in. I had to sign the consent form as it was my first visit, the advisor then asked me specifically to put my ethnicity down, although it has other questions such as religion and etc..he didn't bother about the rest. He may not like my ethnicity, it might why I was treated that badly. I went there already being vulnerable seeking a professional advice, the advisor was so unprofessional and was laughing when I was almost tearful explaining my situation. He then continued making me feel more hopeless telling me there is no solution. However, I came home read things online on gov.uk which contradicts what he told me... I will complain about this unhelpful and unprofessional advice. I would have rather to pay and get the right professional advice than having this for free. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else!

Tried to get through several times, spent an hour or so navigating the menus and trying to get through to anyone, after the additional 16 minutes of constant robot talking, I hung up... Waste of time, it seems like they make the call exceptionally long and arduous, to make people hung up, and they succeeded.
