Please don't go to this place ! They're very unprofessional, I already had several problems there, starting from my appointment, the \problem on their system\ that kept overcharging me, and the lack of information that they give to you. I'm definitely looking for another place. Not even to mention that they basically don't care about your health, they gave me a prescription that I should have never been prescribed, based on my family medical history.

IUD appointment today with Linda Magee, she was so very helpful to me and kept me calm & collected. Linda was very cautious and careful, explained every step to me beforehand and during the procedure. Everything went well, I arrived 2 minutes before my appt. time and the wait was not long at all, very nice and clean waiting room too.

I loooovveeeee this place!! The staff is and have always been amazing to me!! Yes the wait can be long at times, but the Care is amazing!! They're very comforting and caring. I've been going there for 10 yrs now and wouldn't change them for anyone. It doesn't take long to get an appt, they book me as fast as they can. They're very private when it comes to your info. They make me feel like family when I'm there. Thank you pph!

I support planned parenthood 100% but this office was supposed to open at 11am and 40 mins later the answering service was still on and the office was still closed. I tried for those 40mins to get inside, ringing the stupid, loud bell and calling back to back. Nothing. Very disappointed. Put a sign up or tell you let answering service when you’re closed for the day. HUGE inconvenience!

Several years ago I was a patient at a private practice in Wilton for many years. On several occasions I was not seen right away for a isit. I decided to call Planned Parenthood who took me right away. I've been going to the Bridgeport Planned Parenthood for years. My practioner is Laurie and I would not trade her for the world. The staff is extremely friendly. Anytime I need to be seen or just have a simple question, they are prompt with an answer and they make you feel like your the only focus....love it!
