This is the place to go when you need anything that has to do with the outdoors, hunting, and fun treats for the family. We are so blessed to have this bass pro shop in our area. The general manager Loretta has been so helpful. I had some concerns and she was so quick to call me back, offer a solution, and went out of her way to make sure that everything was right. I know a lot about customer service and this kind of customer service is so far above and beyond what is even expected that I was blown away! I have also made some major purchases from the store. Everyone at the department was so knowledgeable and offered solutions and alternatives to make sure I got the best product possible. The store is always clean it has so much to offer. Thank you bass pro for hiring great employees and providing a great service to the city of Bridgeport
So much stuff to look at so much fun. Very clean very organized. Wish they had more guns in stock but those are the times.
I had such a wonderful costumer service experience today while purchasing a bow and arrow for my 11 year old son. Shout out to the sales associate, Woody at the Pro Archery Center who went above and beyond to help my son. He was so kind to him, so knowledgable and just a lovely human being. Someone, please give Woody a giant raise for his hard work!
I have always heard about it but went inside for the first time. I totally loved the decor. All the natural looking animals that looks like they were in their natural habitat was awesome. The store was large and clean. My kids also loved the idea that they could sit in the boats. I loved it.
