I must admit that my first attempt at trying to place an order was unsuccessful & to be frank I was more than a little annoyed having spent ages flicking through the multitude of items that they have. I used the Contact email & was shocked to get a response so quickly as I did. Ellie one of the owners looked into my problem, after she took a little more information & the following day she told me that there had been an issue with the payment link on my order but that she believed that it would now work. When I did a replacement order everything worked like clockwork, my order arrived 48 hours later. During my email conversation with Ellie it became obvious that this is a family run business & I must say it thats how the Customer Service comes across, that every individual is important. Their range of home brew products is quite extensive & their pricing is great, I will not hesitate to use them again.
