I had a brilliant experience with this company. I rung the shop, not knowing if it would be open for collections etc. Nobody answered when I rang but I received a call back a little later. I was then able to order what i needed and collect it from the store at a given time. It was lovely customer service and has meant that a child does not have to start a new school tomorrow without the correct uniform AMAZING!!!

Friendly service whenever I have visited. As the shop is currently closed and needing uniform for a LG starting a new school tomorrow, the gentlemen dropped the uniform off on the doorstep of my home, socially distanced and Covid safe. Going above and beyond. Thanks so much!!
Super service! Phoned the shop and no answer due to lockdown but about 10 minutes later received a call to say they could still help. The very helpful gentleman said that he could deliver the items I needed later that day which he did. He kept me up to date checking that I didn’t need anything else from the shop and delivered my items later that very afternoon. Thank you so much for all your help you guys are amazing
Fantastic shop and staff. My daughter last minute got transferred to a new school, as its lockdown i started to worry about uniform, rang the shop who said its not a problem he can deliver, as i was concerned over sizing he even brought other sizes to try, he even delivered in snow and ice. Ive always found this shop fantastic even when my son attended special school and uniform came from here. Thank you so much for your help
After being let down by another shop I called into The Uniform Shop hoping they would be able to provide the items I hadn't received in time for school starting again. They were brilliant. Really friendly, had everything I needed, added logo to the uniform while I waited. It was a Friday lunchtime when I called in, I was in the shop for less than 15 minutes. Now that's what I call an excellent service. Will never go anywhere else now.
