By far the best customer service and selection of dresses around! Everyone went above and beyond to help my best friend say yes to the dress. They are so friendly, helpful, and organized. I can't give this dress shop enough praise after being so patient with us during both bridal appointments and also helping to choose bridesmaid styles and colors. You won't regret a visit here!

My daughter arrived at her appointment with low expectations & discouraged bc her dream dress was so specific & she had already tried on 14 dresses at another boutique. Connie was so enthusiastic & confident that she could help. AND SHE DID!!! Because she offers custom made dresses at a very reasonable price, my daughter left Simple Elegance glowing and having said “Yes to the dress”!! I HIGHLY recommend Simple Elegance! You will not be disappointed!!!

I came into the store back in February of this year. Everyone was super friendly and Connie went above and beyond for me! I was feeling discouraged on the wedding dress front, but she convinced me to try one more dress that she thought I would love. She was right! They are wonderful at their jobs and you can tell that they love what they do! With this pandemic going on, I was worried that my dress wouldn’t make it back in time for my wedding next month, but the ladies at simple elegance kept me informed and up to date and I am pleased to say that my dress made it into my hands last week. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!

I can’t say enough about how kind they are!!! First, we called last minute and they worked us in even though they already had two other appointments. We didn’t feel rushed at all. Second, we weren’t made to feel any less important just because my daughter had a small amount to spend on a dress. The ladies are very knowledgeable about the dresses. They never tried to upsell us after we told them our budget.

Luckily they were able to fit us in last minute for a bridesmaid fitting! They were incredibly nice and explained everything about the ordering process and what to expect. A huge selection of bridesmaid dresses for every shape. Though we weren’t there for bridal gowns, the ones we saw were absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend them for your bridal needs!
