Was in the area with my daughter and was looking for a steak house. I asked the owner who was setting up outside before they opened if they had Steak on the menu for my daughter. He replied no it's not on the menu but he could make one for her. I ordered the goat curry with dumplings and a rum cocktail and steak and chips with fruit juice. When the meals came out I was shocked at how big and perfectly cooked the steak was and the chunky chips were amazing. My goat curry was awesome and the dumplings were a great recommendation. I thanked the owner for our food and told him it was delicious. I am definitely going to take more of my family to this great little restaurant in the future.

I personally loved the food and the decor! I have the chicken jerk with rice and peas! My partner had the chicken curry which she said the chicken was grisly and cheap which is a shame as the curry itself tastes beaut! The biggest thing that let this place down was the young girl bringing over the food and clearing the plates, she had such a miserable look on her for the whole evening.

Lovely little restaurant. Went on recommendations from a Jamaican. The food was delicious and full of flavour. Generous portions and great price. Friendly staff. Definitely will visit again when back in Bournemouth.

Food was authentic and tasted amazing. So pleased to see great vegetarian option. Loved the jamaican ginger beer and rustic Jamaican feel. Will definitely go again.
