Elderly father in law released coins for a valuation. Boscombe Coins offered 68 for coins. Father in law accepted the quote and proceeded to sell them. When we were made aware of sale in December, we chased up what had happened. Boscombe Coin stated they had paid monies into bank account two months ago. No evidence of payment being recieved. Contacted Boscombe coin who stated the payment had been \missed\. Still waiting for payment to be made or coins returned. I intend to contact police if this isn't resolved asap

Dodgy and dishonest buyer. Take your valuables to a proper place. What a waste of time.
Avoid unless you like being cancelled on. First time they were due to come and view my coins after they told me they were worth a lot of money and messaged 2 hours before they were due to say they couldn't leave the office that day even though they had scheduled a time ect a few days prior. Thought I'd give them a second chance and then they cancelled on me again because of an hour delay on there journey. Don't think they were ever going to come just felt like they were stringing me along. Moved on to a more reliable dealer and struck a deal the same day. I would advise you take a wide berth unless you go to them directly so they can't mess you about, although there's always a chance they wouldn't answer the door.

Avoid this company, absolute time wasters. Don’t turn up when they say they will, i organised 3 times for him to come, he just didn’t bother to turn up, didn’t bother to call and when I called to find out where he was he was extremely rude and unprofessional! Never again!
