Used Bouncy Baileys for a kids party this weekend. Very professional, arrived on time for setup and collection in the evening. Good value and good quality equipment. The kids and some adults had a great time. Would highly recommend.

We used Bouncy Baileys for our summer fair. They were very professional, turned up on time and were very helpful. I can't recommend them enough. I would most definitely use them in the future for school events as well as any home functions I have. They are awesome

we do lots of events every year, i hired for the second time from this company recently, was really desapiinted about the very unprofesional service. 1) Although I had already given clear instruction to bring extra long extension (they confirmed they will bring 34m extention). they turned up with short extention, they plugged in another extention for the ball pool , after sometime it stopped working, bliwn out. Only used the ball pool for 2 hrs. Had also ordered a pillow bash , it worked ok. 2) Their staff collected both items and after sometime they called me that i have to pay 30 for cleaning fee for spilling ice cream, was bit rude too. 3) i did not see any ice cream on it, if it so their staff should have shown me before they collected it, Although I was there they never called me or showed me. I would never recomend this company for 1) health and safety reason 2) adding extra cleaning charges inappropiate way, 3) Their extention blown out due to their fault, they pluged in connected through two cables, and found a way to cover that by charging me as cleaning fee. No for bouncy bailys any more...... bad experience
