From the front desk answering the phone and in person with Rhonda and Lauren and to the professors and their students this is a fabulous place for health/injury challenges. Each person has been fabulous. Professor Tristan and Dr. Fan have been my caring professors supervising students. It's a great teaching environment for the students. They all have that caring spirit. I have experienced acupuncture, herb clinic, sports clinic and five elements treatments so far. Bravo to the Clinic Director, Ms. Neville and her staff for making this such an awesome place. It's a win-win for patient and staff. I love it!

Fantastic acupuncture from students with great oversight from knowledgeable teachers. Yes it is a school with student practitioners but if you are patient you will find you get the best care possible.

The lack of reviews about the school should be a red flag. Please do not disregard the negative reviews, it'll save you a lot of time, money and headache. I repeat, do NOT waste your time or money here. This school does not care about their students in the slightest and their low enrollment numbers reflect this. Not only do they have a track record of closing campuses without giving notice, but they also don't have enough integrity or foresight to not completely change the format of students' classes. The cohort below me that just got admitted in the fall was informed AFTER enrollment that half of the program would now be offered online. The school knew of these plans, but made sure not to reveal them to the students (probably because most of them would not have enrolled). I don't understand how this is legal. This school is too expensive for the blatant disrespect and low quality education you will receive.

This school is terrible. There are some good teachers, but both teachers and especially administration are abusive. The power role is really pronounced here. Be very careful as once you enroll, your credits do not transfer anywhere and you will be required to put up with cruelty, actual abuse, extreme injustice to complete the program. You will be treated like a child, no matter your age, experience, or maturity. Many keep their heads down and pretend it isn't happening to make it through. Students get violations and multiple students have even been expelled over the past years when they shared their concerns about the program with administration. The environment is incredibly toxic and students are in a state of high stress and fear. The cost of the program far supercedes affordability for what acupuncturists actually make, and at this private for-profit school the cost has jumped excessively from year to year. This could happen anytime you are enrolled.
