WASTED JOURNEY - No customer service. Booked a pre-arranged appointment with their sales staff over the phone and travelled 185 miles to their site in Wrangle to be told the 5th Wheel i went to view is no longer available, (A simple call to let me know wouldn't have hurt) Not even an apology or a simple sorry. Visited November 2020

I have a eurocruiser 785 now over 2 years i got it new from the stt group I absolutely love it. It is our home from home I highly recommend the stt group and when the time comes to upgrade I will deal again with them

2020 has been an awful year to do anything, but with everything going on in the world we didn’t expect things to go well, but we purchased a brand new Eurocruiser 875 anyway. Even though the virus had gripped the USA, our Eurocruiser made it to Lincolnshire in good time, the necessary work was carried out, a genuine IVA certificate was issued, and we collected our new Eurocruiser. Huge thanks to Herbie and Josh for all their hard work getting our Eurocruiser built and answering our many, many questions, nothing seems to much for them. If you are looking to buy a 5th wheel rig, these are the guys to speak to, they have been in the business a very long time and know their stuff.

We were looking for somebody to trust and get the right advice from. Needed a spacious, reliable RV (as they are called in Canada) for peace of mind. We learned that most of the people selling Caravans in the UK have good intentions but they are more interested in selling their units. Herbie Hiley was the only person who was always ready to talk to us and even showing with documentation to support what he was recommending. Herbie went beyond what a Caravan dealer does for its clients. Once in the UK, he was a great host for me and my family. He assisted us on every aspect of what we needed for our trip, like insurance, accessories, campsites and many others. I would not hesitate to recommend Herbie to anybody looking for a spacious Caravan in the UK.
