In dire need of some uv during my winter douldrums. I was please to find the only tanning spot in downtown Boston that was open after 5. Not to mention. When I really pushed the timing the young women who was had to assume was busy because alot going on allowed me to come in. Then didnt rush me into any model and in and out. Gave most comprehensive explanation what to use and for my skin color. Assuming she beautician or in business for herself. Neither she wanted the pain in rear straggler to have great experience so the next visit was even better. I don't know but this is few and far between in any business. So in case ppl or owners check you have a assets in F. Next business verture I go into she'll be on my list of hirees

It is the worst customer service. This is the third time I came down in the middle of the week and they are just not open. They won’t answer calls either. Impossible to get through. I sent 2 friends there, will tell them to quit as well.
Tanworks GLO is located in the heart of downtown and is one of the last larger tanning salons that have been to in Boston. Always friendly staff, clean restrooms and booths make for an enjoyable session. Prices for single use are expensive but packages are reasonable especially considering all factors. Years ago I would run around to neighboring towns and citie's salons because of low prices. But in 2020 Tanworks GLO gets 4 stars because it hits the sweet spot between great location and reasonalbe pricing.

The girl at the front desk was super nice and friendly. Wish I could remember her name but she said she normally works on Tuesdays and we came in on Friday(?) My boyfriend and I were walk ins and she was super nice and helpful.
