I like actually can't find words to describe how horrible this visit was. As a student, it is very hard to find dermatologists that are close and fit into your schedule. Dr. Rosenbaum was short, dismissive, and lacked any sort of empathy that you would hope for in a doctor dealing with acne. I honestly felt borderline verbally assaulted and left the practice feeling more hopeless than I had before I went. I simply cannot believe that my University recommended that I go here.

Terrible bedside manner, dismissive, curt, doesn't take the time to listen, probably saw him a total of 3 minutes. Been waiting all this time to finally get a working skincare solution so I can stop using harsh shampoos on my face because I thought that what dermatologists were for but apparently not this one. If given the choice I will NEVER come back here again.
