Friendly staff that is very helpful. Wish there were more food options in the morning, but overall a great place to relax before a flight. Will be interesting to see what 2020 brings for these lounges!

The worst lounge I have experienced. In fact, it doesnt deserve to be called a lounge. Its a glorified buffet, and a bad one. I think the food at 30,000 feet will be fresher. Some basic drinks are complimentary and then you may aswell go the food court as anything beyond a local beer will cost you. Overcrowded and underserviced.
Not as nice as some of the larger delta hub domestic lounges, nothing overly special but far better than not being in the lounge.
Buy a first class ticket, still can't get in...
Love it, love it, love it. Joy at the door was the best for us. Hopefully Delta will read this review and commend her for her gracious hospitality. I normally fly other major airlines and use their lounges, but Delta has the edge and this experience waa a testament to that.
Even nicer before they raised the day visit price. Good food and comfortable.
It has a great view and the food choices were good. But, there is only one elevator, and it was out of service. That meant hauling my carry on luggage up a flight of stairs to visit the club.
What happens when you forgot your laptop charger? Andrew at Delta Sky Club Boston lets you borrow one for two days! Another reason why Delta is #1! More than impressed!
