I would give 5 stars, but there were a few hiccups, maybe because of the time/situation and my salesperson Sarah wasn’t there, due to weather. But considering I spent lots of money on a new Yukon Denali, specifically ordered, I felt like there should have been some incentives, my vehicle wasn’t washed nor was the inside cleaned. I didn’t receive paper floor mats to keep it clean. I haven’t purchased a new vehicle since 2002, maybe I had higher expectations. The salesperson that helped me get familiar to my Yukon was GREAT! Helpful and patient! Brian the F&I manager was friendly, easy to work with.

I had a great experience shopping at Ancira Buick GMC for my new pickup. Ricky Vargas was awesome, very professional and helpful. He was a 5 star for sure. His knowledge of your vehicles was impressive. He always made himself available when I needed help with questions or just to look and test drive different models. Ricky is a great asset to your organization and I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase and refer him and Ancira to my friends and family.
The exceptional customer service provided by Charlie, Shawn, and Oscar is second to none. They put the customer’s needs first and treat everyone with dignity and respect. I have had the privilege of doing business with them for 15 years and their dedication to customer service has always been consistent and outstanding. I highly recommend their service.
Michael was so great! He was very professional, kind and patient. While I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I wish I could give them my business, but the vehicle just wasn’t what I wanted (I was looking at a used Chevy that they had as trade in but ended up buying a new one from a Chevy dealer). Definitely ask for Michael if you go there!
Had an awesome experience the whole way through. Jeff didn't give off any salesman vibes, so that made it easier looking for our next family vehicle. We just had our first oil change here a couple of weeks ago and that experience was just as pleasant. Definitely coming back for future purchases!
