First time using a towing company to move my car across states. Reliable people and there was constant communication! I loved it. I was reassured from the beginning that my car would arrive safely and in one piece. No scratches, no damages, nothing! Would definitely recommend and will use in the future if need be!

When I first contact SYCN, it was a very good experience. When I spoke with Jody at the company, he was very helpful and the price quoted was exactly the price I paid. What I was extremely disappointed with was how the care was delivered to its final destination. Upon delivery, my child said the car smelled like sour milk. I said that was impossible because I had the car professionally detailed before shipping and was in perfect condition. When they went in the back seat, they noticed this spilled substance which appeared to be milk or yogurt. When I contacted the driver, they insisted they had nothing to do with it but they were the only one who had access to the vehicle from the time we shipped to the time it arrived. It cost 155.00 to have the care once again professionally cleaned. I asked the company to pay for the cleaning. They only paid 70.00 which I suppose is better then nothing but not what I had expected. I would use them again and would recommend them as well but would make sure to take pictures and document everything before car is in their possession.
Very caring and helpful and Kim is amazing! She went over and beyond to help me get my car from another state. Everything went smoothly and they were so careful with my car! The driver was a real sweetheart too! I highly recommend this company!
So I needed to move my car across country for school, so I gave this place a call and had most everything set up for a decent agreed upon price and a relatively fast transportation time. The guy organizing my transportation details didn’t give me a specific time to be picked up or by whom so I tried reaching out multiple times to confirm, and no one picked up my calls for days. Once we were finally able to get a hold of someone they bait and switched us and told us the shipment would be 100 more. The only redeeemjng factor of this move was the driver himself. He was quick, professional, and gave us updates on his location and time as it was being shipped. Communication sucked but the transportation went well
I had a wonderful experience with Gary. I was very skeptical of booking an online auto transport company. Gary was always available to coddle me throughout the whole process. He reassured me that the pick up and delivery went smoothly. The price was competitive and they delivered as promised. I recommend them highly.
