Terrible customer service My husband did the Covid 19 PCR test for traveling and before doing it I called them to make sure the test would be delivered on time which they said it would. He went on the Friday and asked again the staff and they said it would be delivered 24/48 maximum, which would on Sunday. On Sunday, the day he was traveling, he still haven’t received any email from the company and since they were closed no one answered us. Because he couldn’t miss his flight he had to pay for a test that would be delivered in one hour. He had paid almost 200 for the Any Lab test and had to spend 400 dollars more. I have been sending emails and no answer. I have called and no one answered. Then they called me and they said someone would call which nobody did. I have been going there and nobody answered me, they keep giving me phone numbers and emails. Terrible service. My husband travels every month so he would be doing the test every month. It is unbelievable what happened to us! It seems nobody cares about the money we spent. We know many people and we’ll tell them how we have been treated at your lab to make sure this thing doesn’t happen to them. Reading the reviews I noticed this happened to other customers as well.

If you have no insurance and don’t want to spend 10000 of dollars look no further!!!! I took the COVID antibody test because i was extremely sick a few months ago and got my results in less than 5 minutes. I’ve been coming here for a while for B12 injections. B12 helped me lose weight. There is rarely a wait at this location, and plenty of parking, making it easy to stop in during a lunch break and get out in 5 to 10 minutes. The service is great and extremely clean. I’ll be back! Thank you!!!!

Do not come here! They are not clean! I could not believe how terrible they are at operating. They might get their testing kits from a toy store. The guy who took my blood test answered his phone while doing it and touched everything. I would not be surprised if this is all a scam and see their mugshots soon.
