My son dropped the wife's mobility scooter off because she doesn't use it anymore agreed a price, when he got home it was 20 pounds short of price agreed when he went back was told he should have checked it before leaving the shop which i supposed is true but you think you can trust a shop dealing with disabled people beware

Got charged 20 for staying over the two hour stay time as the client wanted to stay with his friends we had dinner and coffee then to Starbucks for more coffee she went and had her hairstyle done he had a shave and hair cut then a nother cup of coffee could not see sings to say short stay only so got charged 20 not happy as I was at work with disabled people

Although the staff were polite the prices were ridiculous with second hand equipment going for more than you would pay for the same brand when new. With only a three month warranty against a two year one with a new model it was a no brainier to get new elsewhere. We ordered on line through a well known pharmacy and it arrived two days later.
